We respect your time and understand that emergencies happen. The following policies are in place to help protect our stylists time and ensure you receive the best possible services. Late Arrivals: Guests arriving more than 15 minutes past their appointment time may be asked to reschedule if necessary. This is to ensure that services are not rushed for you or your stylist. Cancellations: A minimum of 48 hours notice is required for cancellation of any appointments with a deposit upon booking. The 30% deposit becomes non refundable if cancelled within this window. For all other appointments we ask for at least 48 hours notice of cancellation so we may have a chance to refill your time slot.
